Beautiful well engineered, and fast bikes. Top rate service.. Only problem I’m having is adjusting the seat height and Algonquin Trek shop is doing a great job helping me with that. The bike is beautiful and functions as it’s supposed to. Very happy with my domain SLR 7 AXS. I treated it in my propel five and the guys at the I’ll go with truck bike shop help me put all the performance parts on. It was an amazing bike as well. Thank you very much sincerely for my heart.

I went in to fix the brakes on my hybrid and was thrilled to receive quick service while in the store. I also ended up purchasing a new helmet and pedals - Trek offers a wide range of products, and the staff is always very helpful in making the best decision.

The staff is very friendly and gave us prompt comprehensive service. The bike were for three children and are being used just as one would expect. They have been put through their paces and have been holding up great. I would recommend the Bike Stop for anyone young or older if you are looking for a decent bike.

Excellent customer service! They encouraged me to try multiple bikes to see which fit my needs best. They were patient when I made multiple trips to the store. Very knowledgeable and they were able to answer all my questions and help me get set with my new equipment.

Judd and the team at the Trek Research location were awesome. They helped me order a bike from another store, installed a ride wrap perfectly, and helped me with any adjustments I need. They were also super communicative and helpful in the whole process both before and after purchase. All of the Trek stores in the area are great and the fact that this one is my favorite says a lot about the team working there. Very happy with my bike and the service received.

I really like my Townie Go e-bike I purchased last year (2025).
The staff is very pleasant when you finally get to speak with someone.
Communication is not great with service personnel. When a customer stands there waiting and waiting, just an acknowledgement from the staff that they see you and will be with you shortly would be nice. When you finally get to communicate with them, they are very pleasant.
Service is also kind of slow communicating with customers when their bike is ready for pickup.
We were so happy with our experience with Island Life Bikes.
Collin was so knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for in our bikes. He made sure we got exactly what were were looking for. And they delivered our bikes to our house! We have bought other bikes in the past and that is a service that is not offered. We will for sure recommend you to others
Trek Northlakes was the definition of good service. I went in about a week before buying having done no research and not knowing what I wanted from a bike. Nathan showed so much patience and technical knowledge. He spent over 30 minutes with me just going through my options and answering questions. He was easy to talk to despite my lack of knowledge. I went to several other stores that afternoon and Trek was the standout. A week later I took my wife with me and were very happy to see Nathan again, where again he gave us the same level of attention. He looked after us on price, and also helped us with helmets and other accessories. Also a special shout out to Tom who helped us when we picked the bikes up for answering all our questions and helping to get the bikes in the car. It seems everyone at Trek is pationate and very knowledgeable. We love our new bikes and would recommend anyone who is interested to go to Trek.

The team at Epicenter in Mill Valley is always looking out for my best interests and going the extra mile to meet my needs. Scott is especially dedicated to everyone he deals with, and I always enjoy my time in the store!
