Friendliness of staff. Clean and comfortable
Hello! I really enjoy the atmosphere at the Camden location. To improve the experience further, I'd love to suggest:
Reinstating 1-hour sessions: For the Hot classes in particular, 50 minutes feels a bit rushed. The full hour ensures we have enough time for a safe and effective cooldown.
9:00 AM Saturday Hot Classes: I highly value the 9:00 AM Saturday Hot Pilates slot and would love to see a 'Hot' class maintained in that specific time period.
Apart from that all is good. The person at reception it's always kind. Marcus keeps the sauna and studios tidy. I'm very happy with my experience :)

The infrared red light helps my depression
I typically use the IR Suana's post my training sessions. The atmosphere is relaxing, modern and well maintained. We as clients can set the vibe in our suites to our liking and relax, for 40 minutes. While receiving the benefits of the sauna treatment. I enjoy this membership and will continuing it, when I move to California, this summer.

So far so good, I like the towels, would prefer 1 more but I have to say I am grateful for the 4 that we get especially the last cold towel. I love the filtered water fountain, the Bathrooms are always very clean as well as the saunas and rooms. And the Girls working are always so nice, pleasant and sweet. Some of the best smiles + service. Really enjoyed the halo therapy, wish there was some sort of package for that.

I love how you get your own private suit and have plenty of room for your belongings. I also love that they provide towels including a wet one with eucalyptus to wipe off after, so refreshing!
Also love the red light therapy and other different color options with added benefits. Infrared sauna is so much more tolerable that traditional saunas in my opinion so love that.
The customer service is always on point and they work with you if you need to change up your appointment times. Also love that they have water, electrolytes and other beverages for sale.
Plus, the TV in the room is a nice added benefit.
Overall, always a good experience and will keep coming back!
