This place is great. It’s very relaxing, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.
Loved the 1:1 training and the philosophy. The 30 minutes went so fast and I felt supported the whole time. Austen pushed me to the edge without being too hard. I’m still sore!
It's clean, the front desk folks are warm and helpful, the settings in the sauna are easy to figure out.
Although you can hear some ambient noise, overall it's a very quiet and spa like atmosphere which makes for a great experience!

This was a very good experience. I got a very nice welcome and explanation of all services plus some audio issues were resolved super-fast. The venue is spotless, looks brand new and well maintained. I was gifted a special water bottle and electrolyte powder which was well needed after the sauna. I liked the privacy of the sauna room, and I was provided with a fresh bathing towel and hand-towel. The TV with meditations and networks were a nice addition.
On that specific day I needed to resolve an urgent matter: the understanding of the hostess was really kind and personal. Overall, I can highly recommend Perspire and I will be back again in more peace and without having emergencies to address.

Very clean, staff is super nice and welcoming! They always have your sauna ready with your preferences. I love a good sauna sesh so I’m happy they opened up a perspire closer to home.
