Perspire Sauna is so convenient and makes the detox process fun! I love being able to watch a show while I am sweating out toxins. Staff is so pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend this facility!
I enjoy every massage I ever get so I am not hard to please. My masseuse was great and listened to what I asked. I have one note though,
I had a 75 minute massage and my appointment was at 10:00 and ended at 11:15. That included me undressing and speaking with the masseuse prior to. I would prefer all of my minutes to start when I’m on the table and the massage has actually started.
Very clean and private rooms. the television was a great surprise and helped to focus on the show while enduring the heat for our first time of doing this.

I never thought I could add as much muscle and gain strength and vitality at 73 years old without endless hours in the gym, which just wasn’t going to work for me since I am still working full time.

Warm welcome from reception on arrival. Good atmosphere around the place. Changing rooms and shower facilities are perfect. Classes are great, both studio and spinning. Trainers are very good and extremely pleasant to deal with. A great gym with great people.

I loved the absolute beginner class with Hazel last Sunday - it was a good entry level and pace. My friends who joined for the first time also enjoyed themselves (although some found it a bit difficult). My favourite part was we split into groups and had a discussion to improvise with a small part of the choreo. It made it a lot more fun, and less awkward or stressful since we can enjoy the dance with others. It's nice to learn less and refine the moves, rather than learning too much and being overwhelmed!

Clean does what it says on the tin . Has a great range of equipment . Staff are very friendly .
When a / bike is out of order it can be for a length period which is frustrating.
