The teachers are excellent and the workout is amazing! I did Lagree in Lincoln Park years ago and just came back to it after having two kids.

I like that its laid back friendly environment , Having women only makes it the bit more comfortable for me . The only thing I will point out is if there was a few more treadmills available and sacrifice a couple crosstrainers as there is less of a demand for them. Also one tge treadmills have been out of order while which I'm sure you are aware of. But no other faults. Thanks

Gavin Johnson is very personable and genuine in his communication while both challenging and encouraging through your training session. Since this program stresses reaching peak muscle fatigue with each exercise, this afternoon s a max effectiveness workout but not an easy one so that type of communication from a trainer is essential. If you want results, give this workout program a try and personally discover your strength!

The new hot salt stone experience is a game changer for an already excellent Swedish massage.
In an economy where most places are raising prices relentlessly, Deep Roots did not. My regular session price remained the same. This recently added service is definitely worth the small add-on cost for the benefits received.
Before the massage, my therapist explained what to expect, and during the hot stone massage she made sure I felt comfortable. What an understatement, I felt like I was floating inside a cloud or a warm hug.
After my session, my body felt lively, my skin felt softer, and my soul felt renewed. That night I slept soundly, with peaceful dreams, instead of my usual battle with insomnia. 10/10 would recommend

I like the relaxed atmosphere, everyone is friendly including all the staff, staff are always on hand to offer advice..good selection of machines..
Everything is perfect. The only thing I'd like is a bit more space in the corridor but I don't think that can be changed.
Also the facilities for staff could be upgraded slightly - warmer reception area as the door is often ajar and ceilings are high so the heat escapes!
