Loved Niamh’s sculpt CPD, she was so knowledgeable, friendly and I felt like she really wanted the students to leave with a full understanding of how to teach sculpt and her enthusiasm was infectious 😊
Great instructors - I regularly have classes with Emma, Rony and Georgette - all are excellent.
Only minus - I really think the equipment needs upgrading, not just patching up. There are more and more reformer studios opening locally with more up to date equipment.

I love the space and the teachers. Reformer Pilates with friends has been the best way to start the week for already 6 years.

Very relaxed, welcoming environment and staff is incredibly knowledgeable about fitness, the body, and biomechanics. It’s obvious that real thought and consideration goes into every workout plan. Highly recommend giving TFN a try!
