Always professional!

I always go to Viv and Oxana's classes because they have a natural flow and they are as challenging as I like them to be. I feel energized but not exhausted. A very good atmosphere overall.

General comment: As the number of costumers increases, changing rooms are very crowded and there is not enough room to change.

Have had a few people I've worked with and all have been wonderful to work with. They listen to any issues I may have and focus on area's that are requested.

I am a return client. Had to cancel membership due to health and financial circumstances in 2023. Deanna was excellent! I'll come back as often as I can. I missed the membership special by 2 days, hopefully better luck next time.

Beautiful space and nice staff

I enjoy Jennifer and Drew at the Alpharetta, Ga location. Not only are they fun to workout with, they keep me accountable for every rep I take. They help push me just when I don’t think I can do anymore, they are also my biggest fan club and biggest cheering section as I do that 1 or 2 more I can push myself into. I feel stronger and stronger week by week .

Convenient location by being close to public transportation. Place is organized and clean. Perfect for a quick discharge and recharge of mind, body and soul.
