It was a great time to relax and unplug. I loved the different lighting that you could change and the cold water after the sauna in the shower was perfect.

I love visiting Perspire. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The sauna rooms are private with their own shower and television, this makes for a luxurious experience. I feel incredible after each visit and I’m enjoying my membership, it’s worth every penny!

Clean place and good approach
The place is always clean and ready to be used for scheduled appointments. The towels and scented towel are always clean as well. I love to have my space to disconnect from the world for 40 minutes. I always feel energized after a session.

The specific time of the classes - The variety of classes that are offered, the AWESOME instructors, the helpfulness of the people at the front counter, the "community", and the feeling when I walk in is that even though I am relatively new, I feel like the people are all friendly, and that definitely makes a difference tome.
