Perspire Sauna Studio is such a relaxing escape. The studio is always spotless and the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive. From the moment you walk in, you feel taken care of. I love being able to unwind for 40 minutes in the sauna while catching up on my shows. It’s the perfect mix of relaxation and “me time.” I always leave feeling completely refreshed and recharged. And the eucalyptus towel at the end? Such a refreshing touch that makes the whole experience feel like a mini spa day. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean, calming place to reset and take care of yourself!

Veeras classes are so lovely and warm. You can do everything camly and the way is best for you, she always have alternatives if you can’t do something.

Super teachers
First time at Perspire Sauna Studio and the experience was welcoming. From the greeting upon arrival to the end of the session service was top notch. The healthy drinks were very clutch post session for rehydration and recovery. Austin service was timely, accommodating and friendly providing great customer service. I forward to more future visits. I like how new modern clean the facility is. It was a relief because I’m the type of person who gets “icked-out” if I see something like someone else’s hair or dirty tissue left behind.
Emma was sweet and calming.
The treatment itself was really nice. I’m not sure why someone would watch tv. I tried the music but stopped when I couldn’t skip songs. Instead I used the quiet to think and do some yoga stretches. The door was a little thin so I could hear people in the hall. Overall I felt really relaxed as I detoxed.
I’m hoping they offer another $30 special. I’d grab it immediately.

Wait times are short, desk staff is competent, polite, and very friendly. Every single doctor who has adjusted me has been amazing and they all take the time to listen to how I’m actually doing in the moment. You guys are great and I will absolutely recommend you.

The class was pretty good
I had an issue with my last appointment and management jumped to assist me and address my concern and came up with a solution that made me happy and proved to better the situation. I have to admit, the initial service I received was poor and did not meet the quality or standard expected and paid for, but management corrected the problem and 'm very pleased with the final result.
