I used Club24 years ago. I always liked it but it was too far from me. Now I have moved to New Milford and this location is ideal as it is mere minutes from my home.

Staff is always friendly and smiling. They are accommodating when I don't have my pass and supply me with another. No hassles when I bring guest aka no pressure for them to join. I enjoy my little town gym :-)

Plenty of equipment. Like all the options. Maybe offer more sports options to watch on tv/theatre

The gym is great - spacious and clean.
The only issue is that it can often feel like a school field trip or gym class with the number of minors (unsupervised) who just hang out there.

Love that Club 24 of Ridgefield is now open 24/7. Great staff especially Sammy who is the best. It’s relatively clean. Good amount of equipment rarely have to wait to use a machine.

I love the attention the employees give to all the members. They always welcome the members as we walk through the door and to do their best in providing everyone's needs.
The people are simply the best here and of course the machines…
The club is just what you would expect it to be, a very clean facility with lots of good basic equipment, clean hot showers. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and really try to help you with what you need. None of the gym BS like with other places. Add to that a movie theater, massage chairs, Hydro therapy massage, what more could you ask for at this low price? I use three or four locations traveling for work every day and enjoy them all.
I’ve been a member for six years.For the price of membership,it’s a good deal.Members are generally polite and respectful.The staff is helpful and professional.It’s an equipment oriented gym.There are a few classes and trainers for hire.
