What do you like about our services?

Knowing my fur baby is in a relaxed atmosphere where he is protected. I also like the fact that he is getting to socialize with other dogs. The staff are very friendly and caring.

What do you like about our services?

I love the caring nature of all who are involved with Dogtopia at the Avenues. As usual, it is top down from Jay and Lynn to every person I have ever met there. In addition to the extra personal care my pup receives while he is there, the facility is always so clean and the design is flawless. The floors are perfect for traction and for the joints of older pets. The products offered are complete and priced well. I pass three closer Dog Day Care Facilities to get to this one ... that is how much I LOVE Dogtopia at the Avenues under the watchful eyes of Jay and Lynn.

The owners are their team are genuine and always caring about my Roscoe. Roscoe gets so excited and happy to visit Dogtopia were he can always find a friendly friend to play with. The drop off and pick up is very convenient and well organized. What a wonderful clean, happy place to bring my fur baby.

What do you like about our services?

The webcams are my favorite part so I can always check in and see how my baby is doing while we are away. We used to feel terrible about leaving him. We no longer feel bad because we can always see how happy he is to arrive at dogtopia and we can login and see him having so much fun through his stay.

What do you like about our services?

Staff is always friendly. Owners frequently if not always greet you at door in a warm and know your babies by name. My babies, Schatzie and Dash, are always excited to attend day care. They are absolutely exhausted when we return home so I know they get a full day of play and activity. I drive from St. Augustine to use Dogtopia services.

What do you like about our services?

This place was wonderful! The staff was great and the service was excellent. Most important they treated my pet with love and special care. I would highly recommend this dogtopia to anyone looking for a few hours of playtime to several days of boarding. Your pet will be in excellent hands.

The attention given to my puppy is great. Just noticed, however, a meal issue. I got back a can but not the dry food, which should have been mixed and given to my puppy. The webcam available for parents is awsome. We really like this place for our puppy.

What do you like about our services?

We love the flexibility of being able to drop off for daycare with out needing a reservation. We are confident that our pups are being well cared for in a great and friendly environment. Just seeing that our pups are so excited and we can't get out of the car and in the door fast enough. We happily recommend Dogtopia to all our friends.

My dog has been attending Dogtopia for a few months now. The staff is very personable and remembers my dog by his name. There is 24/7 video cameras (besides nap time) that you can access from your phone! When I drop of my dog off I have trust he will be well taken care of and safe!

Close to my home and I feel my dog is safe there. She gets to socialize with other dogs and stay busy certain times when we aren’t active doing things.
They check health records to ensure dogs are up to date on vaccines.

What do you like about our services?

I love that my dog gets to play with other dogs in an open environment and not just for a few minutes here and there! She doesn’t spend 23 of 24 hours in a kennel!! I’m able to log on and see her playing thru the web cam’s too.
