I love the transparency; I love that the staff knows my dog (Elijah) and understands his personality & needs (he can be a handful). I love seeing the owners, Jay & Lynn, on-site all the time. It is very reassuring.
I like that the dogs are not outside in the summer when it is so hot.... I also like the amount of playtime they get. I do not understand these daycares down here (in FL) that only give short amounts of play and then put the dogs in crates the rest of the time... I would prefer to leave my dog home rather than that...

My dog Jessie loves going to Dogtopia to play with her pup friends. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The facility is always being cleaned up after the dogs. I love that you can watch your dog on the live webcam. I am always recommending Dogtopia.
They take great care of my pup and let me know when there are issues or problems.
It would be very helpful if there was better staffing with morning drop-off. Sometimes I'm told "there's a line" and other times I'm waiting for someone to take my pup. Otherwise, it's a great place and I'm very happy with what they do.
Highly organized operation with competent staff in an impressive facility - plus everything is so nice and clean.
I would highly recommend Dogtopia! My dog, Teddy, fell asleep as soon as he got in the car (which never happens) and slept until the next day. He was a little nervous when we first got there, but the workers were great with him and he warmed up to everyone! I love that they have an evaluation before accepting them into daycare and know how to read dogs’ body languages and behaviors. We will be using Dogtopia for our daycare and boarding needs in the future!

Highly recommend. Staff very attentive to the needs of my dog. He has allergies and never stayed with a group of dogs. Staff always goes above and beyond to communicate with owner. It’s great to have a person alway with the dogs when they play together. Prices reasonable. Services to include grooming very good. At DogTopia they care!!

The Owners and Staff at Dogtopia at the Avenues are thoughtful, attentive and caring to my pup and I always get an update of how his day went when I pick him up! When we pull into the parking lot, my pup can’t wait to get inside and his friends ... humans and canines! We pass multiple other doggie day care facilities to get to this one and will continue to do so because it is clean, secure and safe for my pet as well as fun and filled with the fabulous staff that I already mentioned! Perfect for my pet and for my peace of mind!

It was my puppy’s first experience getting a bath not by me at home & they were very sweet & patient with him. They even gave me a handwritten note on how he did during it. All for a great price too! The place is very clean & everyone is super friendly.
Supervised, clean and my Finley had a good time meeting new friends. She slept the rest of the night!
