Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Initial walkthrough was fantastic. It was great to learn about the cleaning products used, flooring, etc. My pup always comes home happy and exhausted. Also really like the holiday special events she gets to participate in.

From the moment we enter the front door, my pup is greeted with warmth and friendliness. You can tell that they care about the animals and make every effort to ensure a clean and safe environment for them. As much as we hate to leave our pup behind as we go out of town, I feel safe with her being left in their hands.

My very active dog came home exhausted from playing all afternoon. She took a very long nap and put herself to bed early. She had a great time and wore herself out!
Very very clean.. all clients pets have to pass a personality test and be current on all shots .. Oh and best part is I can watch my girl play!

Always look forward to taking our "Harley" to Dogtopia were he thoroughly enjoys himself. No longer do my wife and I feel guilty about having to take our dog somewhere while we take care of the necessary errands we all must do at times. Harley's time at Dogtopia is always fun filled with lots of socialization with all the other pets, but always carefully supervised. I just can't say enough about the Staff, always cheerfully greeting us when we show up. Its important for us to feel good about our choice in pet care, and we travel over 40 miles one way to bring Harley to Dogtopia Avenues (Phillips Hwy)

I feel like a part of family.And my dog was always smelling bad when i took him to the other day cares, but never here!
The owners are there regularly. It’s cleaner than other pet daycares. My dog gets to play all day opposed to other daycares that have limited time. I think OTHER daycares will forget which dog has been out to play and which dogs have not leaving my dog anxious for longer than I want. The surfaces inside and outside don’t leave my dog with torn paw pads.
Good employees, there are cameras to watch your dog when you miss them, and the employees play with the dogs and teach them tricks when possible

I like that the dogs are very active. Just curious about how much time is outside vice being in the playroom? I'm just concerned about the dog thinking it's okay just to go to the bathroom at anytime when they are at home. I guess if they are trained right they won't but I did notice my dog did go to the bathroom in the playroom which I consider an inside room, something he would never do at home.

Dogtopia of the Avenues is an awesome place for our dog, Bodie. Our Bodie is a high energy beagle and Dogtopia provides a great format for his exercise and chumming with his buddies. Jay and Lynn are both very dedicated and run a very professional operation. The well-trained staff is always courteous and attentive to all the dogs. I like that throughout the day, you can view the dog's activity on their app. This is a cool place!
