Like that everyone knows Sadie's name and shares stories of what she did throughout the day. I also like having the ability to watch the webcams. Whenever I'm feeling stressed at work I log in to see what shes doing. The theme days and activities are also fun.

The personal friendly atmosphere from the owners and coaches. I like to be able to look in on my dog via the webcam while she is at Dogtopia. I also like that there are more scheduled activities for the dogs.

Everyone is always very welcoming and they do a truly thorough meet and greet to make sure your dog is a good fit. The canine coaches are always paying attention and interacting with the dogs, so we haven’t ever had to worry about any playing getting out of hand. We also love the drop off day care system, it’s always really convenient and they recognize the dogs by name.
All staff are very friendly & caring toward me & my dog- also the facility is kept very clean & orderly

The staff was very customer focused. Both the human and the dog.
I love that my dog gets to play with other dogs her same size and temperament. I can log on to their webcam and watch her in real time. As soon as we pull into the parking lot, she gets so excited. She is completely exhausted when we pick her up. So I know she had a fun time playing. I also love that they will have her nailed clipped and bathed if requested.
