Our dogs love going to DOGTOPIA! The staff is all so friendly and easy to work with and they come home smelling great instead of smelling like other dogs! Their report cards and pics of them with their new friends are the cutest!
We love Dogtopia Jacksonville Avenues. Their staff is always pleasant and helpful. Our dog is always anxious to go back and meet her friends. Sometimes we have her bathed and they are always accommodating. We always use Dogtopia when we are visiting Jacksonville!

I did a lot of research before taking my 6 months Border Collie to board three days while I was gone. Hands down this is the best choice you will find in this area, I absolutely loved the open play space during the whole day (kennel free the whole day!)
I can assure he had a great time. I was so happy to see him playing with the other dogs (I could see him all the time through the webcams). The coaches who work here are very professional, and they were very nice to him. The price is also the best. And absolutely clean!! Thanks Jay, I will return to Dogtopia for sure!!
Jay and Lynn are so nice and accommodating. I love that they provide me with feedback about my pups day and behaviors so I know if they are healthy and enjoying themselves.

Staff is friendly! Everyone on staff is knowledgeable and compassionate to the dogs. Facility is clean and was given a tour of facility to know what to expect. No surprises. Willing to answer my many questions and provide feedback on how my dog did for the day! Will be coming back for sure!
Indoor fun daycare for my fur babies.
All staff is friendly and helpful. Layout of facility is good and the play room is large and includes play structures the dogs. Outside area is very nice. They meep puppies on a schedule that includes rest time. My puppy is happy when we pull up to the facility. And, my favorite dog Snoopy approves and is visible

I absolutely love Dogtopia and so does my dog Myla. As soon as I say daycare she knows and is very excited. The staff always take great care of her and she always enjoys her time there. I also LOVE that I can watch her on the webcam at any point. That makes me feel so much better.
I like the fact that I can take my dogs there and check in on them via the web cam. I have used the bathing area in the past which made bathing my dogs much easier for me. Most importantly the owners and the staff treat my dogs with love and compassion. I like an environment where I feel my dogs can stay safely and I don’t have to worry about them. Also I like the fact that when I pick them up they don’t smell stinky. My dogs always seem happy to go there and have fun there as well.

Dogtopia of Jacksonville at the Avenues is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. They treat my fur baby like their own and give him so much love and care. They are hard working, always willing to answer your questions and very kind!! We will never go anywhere else!!
The facility is very clean. I love the webcam! Knowing I can check in via the webcam eases the anxiety I have leaving my pup with someone else. Jay and Lynn are knowledgeable in canine body language and different play styles.
I love the staff, the ease of pick up and drop off, the webcams, and the areas for play.
Our puppies are so well taken care of and Dogtopia is clean and keeps my boys busy!!! Last time they fell asleep on the way home! If we could, they would go everyday!
