The staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
The main reason is the high professionalism of the instructors. We have regular lessons with miss Finn and miss Jessica and they both are awesome, are highly qualified and can easily find a way to comfort a toddler. I’m super happy that we have such a great teachers and my daughter loves them very much.
Also, receptionists are really supportive, kind and friendly.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with the swim school. The facility is always clean, organized, and very well maintained. The front desk staff is consistently welcoming, friendly, and helpful, which makes every visit pleasant.
Most importantly, Coach Kate has been absolutely amazing with my daughter. She is extremely patient, enthusiastic, and genuinely invested in teaching her students. My daughter looks forward to every class and truly enjoys learning from her. Coach Kate creates a positive and encouraging environment, and it’s clear she takes great pride in what she does. I like the way swim instructors handle the kids in a safe environment. Coach Trever and Coach Kennedy both are very good and friendly with kids. All other coaches are equivalently well.
