Yesenia ia a God send, my daughter Brieanna LOVES her so much, and has came so far in learning the skills needed to learn to swim. If EVEY year there was not an issue with the pool heater she would be much farther along in swimming-I can not tell you enough, this is NOT ok that for a pool with pool companies along every block, this is no acceptable ( at lease THIS year swimtastic offered credits)
My son really enjoyed his lessons. I received good feedback from the teachers as he progressed through levels and felt that the curriculum was consistent.
I love how clean the facilities are and how friendly everyone is. My son really enjoys going! For us, swim is just for fun (we don’t have a pool so it’s less about an urgent need for pool safety). It seems like a great balance between pushing them and teaching them new skills, without being too intense and creating fear or nerves about the pool. (My son is 2).
Both of my kids love swim lessons with Swimtastic here in Naples. The coaches are great and my girls get a good amount of attention. The two things we would change is we would like the option for longer lesions and the option for lessons during the day since my kids are homeschooled it’s really inconvenient to have to do lessons on weekendsor evenings.

The staff is friendly. They genuinely care about the progress your child is making. I’ve tried other programs and never experienced this level of advancement. And, BONUS, my grandson likes the lessons. I have and will continue to recommend Swimtastic.

Personal attention for each kid and their own space
Allie is a great instructor. She took my concerns into account and didn’t push me to do anything I was uncomfortable with while still motivating me to keep learning new things. Highly recommend.
Front desk staff has always been nothing but polite and helpful. Bella is amazing. Since moving to the area and starting our 3 kids at Swimtastic they have made huge leaps in progression and confidence! We happily sing the praises of Swimtastic
Small group classes
My daughter has struggled with putting her head in the water for years. We have been to almost every swim school and even done private lessons, but she still struggled. After a few months at Swimtastic she put her head in the water and is now working on her turnover floats. She is so close to leveling up!
Teachers are great, staff works to keep my desired schedule, monthly billing makes life easier.
Our kids love it. They always feel comfortable and learn a lot!

We love how easy it is to join a class. The front desk staff are extremely helpful, especially trying to coordinate classes. And the swim staff do a wonderful job encouraging the kids to try new things.
I have 2 kids currently enrolled at Franklin Swimtastic! I saw my kids development and the skills they have got are incredible! Staff is amazing! Swimtastic Franklin is a great place to learn swim!!!

We have really enjoyed the teachers and the skills that they are teaching our kids!
The only feedback I have is that I wish on our first night of class, we could have had a formal introduction to our teacher. My son was hesitant to leave us and go with the teacher because he didn’t know her. It was a little hectic and I can see why he was unsure.
Very wonderful instructors/staff. My child was very comfortable with all her instructors. The pool is nice and warm and cozy.
