Very attentive to each child, and safe environment
All instructors are friendly, front desk is friendly. Lots of seating. Fun little gift shop/snacks. Several changing rooms and bathrooms. Instructors give positive reinforcement to swimmers.
I love how you greet my little one every time we visit and the smile on his and also the instructors face when he’s being taught.
Swimtastic has been fantastic for my daughter. She has gone from being nervous in the water to confident in just a few weeks. Her coach Ms Kylie works great with her and is pushing her more and more each week. We are VERY happy with the results!

Swimtastic has been an awesome fit for our child with autism. His swim instructor does an AMAZING job of working with him. We couldn't ask for a better instructor for him. He loves attending, and we love seeing the progress he is making!
Having had several instructors from ParentTot forward many have encouraged my child to improve and while providing safety also encouraging independence and growth overall.
I like the small class sizes-the one on one instruction which allows for more swim time and this way they practice the skill more-especially with class being only 30 mins.
The staff is friendly and good with kids. Each lesson is followed by a brief run down by the instructor on what they need to work on and what they are exceling at. Communication is good, and the whole place is clean and welcoming.

I'm glad that my children are gaining more confidence in the water.
My son is a little older, but on the autism spectrum so it's hard to find a class where he fits in. He has done very well at Swimtastic and he continues to enjoy his private lessons and is learning so much. We would definitely recommend Swimtastic!

The waiting area can be quite busy. Sometimes there are younger siblings that want to see their older sibling swim and adults sitting in the front row do not make room for them.

Extremely helpful when setting up the lessons with timely response. Staff is very friendly. The facility is well maintained. Teachers are qualified and relate to the children well. The kids have progressed nicely.

I signed up my baby at 6 months, & we went for a couple months & have life changes so had to take a yr off & decided to sign him back up because we love it there! The atmosphere, staff & classes are extraordinary ❤️ will continue our swimming journey! My baby loves the water💙

Going in, I was very anxious and nervous. I didn’t know what to expect or how my baby boy would react to this new situation. But all the staff were so kind, encouraging, and patient.
Adelle and the gal she was training answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel dumb.
I wish I remembered the other gals name who was working the front. Just so sweet and welcoming.
We attended with a trial and ended up signing up that night.
Ps- when Swimtastic was recommended to me, I just googled and didn’t realize until after getting the trial approved that there’s actually other locations MUCH closer to home. But I chose to sign up at this location because of the 3 staff members I encountered. Thank you so much!
I love the location and easy access to facility. Instructors are great. Facility is clean. I'm hoping more morning classes will be offered during the summer months for older kids. Would be great to offer swim jams during the days when kids are out of school during school year...following kusd school Schedule .
