Yessenia was very kind and knowledgeable about her job. She was the ideal stylist who has knowledge and is willing to puzzle through how I get my hair cut since I usually go to another location. I was great surprised with the amazing service. I would highly recommend going to this location due to Yessenia’s knowledge and friendliness.

My haircut looks great and the stylists are very friendly. The price for just a cut is a little high considering it only takes about 15 minutes. But they always do a great job and are always making sure that the cut is how I want it and that I’m happy with it.

After receiving a bad haircut and bad service at a different location, I gave the Mchenry location a try and wasn’t disappointed. The experience re-ignited the trust in the franchise after my last experience. The stylist(s) gave great information on promoting hair growth and maintaining an welcoming and perfect atmosphere.
Jess did my haircut and she messed it up completely, didn't clean the hairs off when she was done, and she was falling asleep while she was cutting my hair looked like she was on something to be honest !

I like my stylist Yessenia and the option of having full service or not.
I told the stylist how I wanted my haircut, she did not follow my direction and cut my hair way too short. When I tried to address it to her she argued with me, her argument made no sense, she simply took my fade way too high to the point it looks like I have a mohawk. Furthermore when I brought it top her attention she talked extremely loud (raised her voice) so that the entire lobby including stylists and other customers could hear us, telling me her experience and 10 years of cutting. I felt as if she was trying to draw attention to us. it made me feel extremely uncomfortable which I assume was her goal. Till today I've been wearing a hat to hide my hair, it will take several weeks top undo the damage she did,
It was quick, friendly, and helped me get ready for a job fair.

The stylist named Samantha who cut my hair did a very good job! As she cut my hair she would stop to ask what I thought, like if there was any length of hair I wanted to keep or If she could continue cutting my hair. I really appreciated her attention to detail and how personable she was. Definitely going to recommend her to my friends and family
