I got a sportclip gift card for a free haircut ($34.00 value) but I didn't get what I was supposed to get. The invoice was charged for $34.00 when at that price, it's supposed to be a haircut plus Shampoo. I didn't get NO SHAMPOO, nor did I get my haircut the way I wanted too. I will not be returning here because of the terrible haircut and the dishonest service the hairdresser wrote on the invoice. I guess she wanted the credit of $34.00 without doing the job of the $34.00 price haircut (Shampoo and cut).

Rachel took a vague description of the haircut I wanted and turned it into exactly what I pictured.

My 3 boys and i went in today to get hair cuts and beard trim.. i was more than satisfied with the hair cuts and appreciated Montrelle being kind and helpful with my 3 yr olds first hair cut.. i have struggled to find someone to do my beard to my liking, Yasnetty did it perfectly and make sure to see her everytime.. Way to go guys thanks

This is Joe Wolaver and I’ve been a regular customer for about 2 years at this location. The service always on point, and my haircut always comes out perfect and quick. All the hairdressers I’ve had cut my hair are competent, but as of lately the air-conditioning has been out in the middle of summer. I was sweating in my chair, even when the staff had multiple fans on. I asked my barber, “Hey, am I the only one that thinks it’s hot?” And I was told that I was the 4th person that said that. I was told it has been well over a month without A/C throughout a burning hot summer, and that is unacceptable for my favorite hairdressers who work very hard to take care of their clients, and take care of their family. Please fix the A/C ASAP.

Everything about the service’s is amazing, is slightly costly, upsetting that the pass is not available. Samantha and Rachel are great!

The online check in does not work well. When I started the check in online process it showed a 28 minute wait time for my stylist. As I clicked confirm the website popped up a window and stated the wait time was now 51 minutes and if I wanted proceed. I clicked yes and ran some errands before my haircut appointment which I anticipated to be 51 minutes later. Fifteen minutes later I get a text informing me my stylist was ready and to proceed to the front desk.
So we went from 28 to 51 to 15 minutes. I changed my schedule to get to the salon ASAP but I wasn't able to make it at the 15 minute time frame. I missed my slot and had to wait 17 minutes when I arrived. Thats a fail for the online check in.

My son had beautiful long curly hair that he wanted cut shorter so it wasnt on the back of his neck anymore. I showed Savanna a picture of a hairstyle to give her an idea of the length he wanted that included very short hair at the lowest v section on the back of his head, but right above had LONGER curls. I specifically told her that he originally wanted shoulder length hair, and I also told her before she started cutting the length off to cut the hair LONGER THAN THE PICTURE SHOWED, and if we wanted it shorter we could cut more. At first she started cutting his hair very long, but without asking me she cut his hair so short that it could have been cut with electric clippers. She then gave my son a very lopsided cut THAT I can only describe as cuts I have seen on women, very short in the back all the way up until it gets to above the curve at the top back of his head, then very long from there to his bangs. The hair around his face was 2 inches shorter on 1 side then the other. She ended the hair cut by saying (1st clue that she was new) that her manager wanted to see all her cuts before she sent customers out, but if I liked the cut she was good. I never told her I was satisfied, I specifically started showing her where she went to short in the back. She defended herself and then walked us out. I was doing my best not to get upset in front of my son, I didnt want him to be self concious about a bad hair cut. I asked my very shy and quiet boy what he thought, and he said it was a weird triange in the front. Savannah is obviously new, and she needs to be a lot more cautious before cutting off 10 onches of hair like she did to my son. When I got home i realized that she had also just cut straight lines for each "blend" up the back of his head to add to the bad cut. I have no experience with cutting hair but I took some kitchen sissors to it & it literally does look better. Im tired of going to this place and having young girls not listen to me on how my son wants his hair cut. They did fine when he wanted super short, but ever since he wanted to grow it out its been awful. This is my last visit. My son grew his hair out for years & she cut it to 1 inch away from his scalp. WTF

The staff are friendly and professional Racheal goes above and beyond to make sure my kids and myself have the best experience our haircuts are always on point. I recommend Rachel to everyone she is the funny and makes you feel like your time is important to her
