Yessenia is awesome. She makes it fun coming in for a haircut. Good conversation, haircut, shampoo, etc.

I FORGOT THE LADYS NAME THAT CUT MY HAIR BUT SHE WAS VERY FRIENDLY
SHE DID A GREAT JOB THE STORE WAS VERY SHORT STAFFED AND ALOT OF PEOPLE WERE WAITING AND OF COURSE NOBODY LIKES TO WAIT AND YOU COULD FEEL THE PRESSURE EVEN AS A CUSTOMER SHE HANDLED IT WELL BUT AS A CUSTOMER IT WASNT TOO COMFORTABLE SHE DIDNT RUSH ME AT ALL SHE OFFERED EVERY SERVICE THAT WAS PROVIDED REGARDLESS OF HOE MANY PEOPLE THAT WERE WAITING I DIDNT FEEL RUSHED AT ALL FELT BAD FOR HER HOPEFULLY THE STORE GETS MORE STAFF I KNOW ITS NOT THE STORES FAULT WORKER SHORTAGES ALL OVER THE PLACE EVEN IN MY BUSINESS THE PEST CONTROL INDUSTRY WOULD LOVE TO GIVE YOU GUYS A BID FOR YOUR STORES

A really great haircut
My favorite hairdresser was no longer with the company, no explanation, the person that cut my hair did an ok job, not totally to my satisfaction. The good my hair will grow black, i may need to find a different place to cut my hair that is a bit constant and not a lottery

My name was up next in the queue, and was identical to someone else down the cue, and that person got called back, so I in turn had to wait longer. Simple mistake, however just looking at the queue list for a second would have prevented the mistake. My stylist “forgot” her shears, which proved for an awkward haircut with clippers only.
We signed up online to get my son a haircut around 1:30pm, it said our wait time was 80 minutes. We didn’t get called for his haircut until 4pm. Wait times have always been very long. We understand haircuts take time, but a 2 and a half hour wait time is a little excessive.
Very friendly people, great atmosphere, service was quick with a good cut and wash.
