Most places I’ve been to give you a 20 minute haircut regardless ti get you in and out, Here, I got a great haircut and never felt rushed. I’m very happy with how my hair turned out and the staff was friendly and skilled!!

Adherence to well taken notes by staff; every time I get a haircut there, it’s always as precise as the first time.
I usually give a pretty high review to these, but I guess I have gotten used to high attention to detail. It is a bummer to say that most hairstylist cut down my cow lick but this one didn’t and it basically putting me in a spot of do I get my hair cut again after spending close to $40 on it already.

Your appointment system stinks!!!! I would get my hair cut more often if I could schedule it more easily!!!! I know this won’t change anything but I’m certain I’m not the only one who thinks this way the ONLY reason I keep come ng back is the great haircut I do get when I eventually get in !!! Change your system if you care about customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not first time I have been to this location, but has been awhile. I am a senior citizen who just needed a gentlemen's haircut. Rachel greeted me, reviewed notes from previous visit, and discussed what I wanted. She was very gracious and professional. Started slow, explained and showed how she planned to cut my hair, and proceeded to give me an excellent haircut. Did not need all the extras so the basic senior cut and price was perfect. I will be back.

Had not been here in a long while, frankly did not like parking lot, nothing against the shop. Need my hair trimmed for vacation, so clicked checkin, and showed up. Rachel greeted me and I was next up. Asked what I needed and reviewed previous note...I wanted shorter. She took her time and showed me what she recommended before executing. She did a great job. I needed a adult, conservative haircut, nothing fancy and she provided exactly what I needed. Plus I got the Senior discount which was appreciated at my age (72). Have been trying various other options for haircuts...need a place I can go on short notice whithout a long range appointment. This works well for my lifestyle. Rachel was pleasant, paitient, really kept me informed the whole time, and made sure I was satisfied.

Very long wait time (30+min). Even when the tracker on the tv said i was “on deck” i waited another 10 mins after to finally be in the chair getting my hair cut. Price is not good, 28 dollars for a haircut, without tip?!
