Great Customer Service
The haircut wasn’t what I wanted, I had to remind the employee to give me a taper when I said I wanted one in the beginning, my hair wasn’t even trimmed evenly. The only thing that you guys can do right is give me my refund or some type of gift card/free haircut.

Yvonne was AMAZING!!!! This is my first time at Sports Clips and will definitely return. I did not know what to expect, I had been to Great Clips before and didn’t really have a great experience. So I thought it’s another location with similar services. From making the appointment on line to check in and getting my hair cut it was easy and painless. Once Yvonne started cutting my hair, to the additional services, paying and getting out she was great! I am definitely coming back to see her.

The service was excellent.
Just had a bad waiting experience. Stylist flirts with a guy customer for over 40 minutes with just the three of us in the shop. My haircut takes about 10 minutes max to cut. The 20 minute wait ( on board) I had when I walked in this guys haircut was already in progress. 40 minutes later I walked out when they got up and rather than the guy heading to register, they went into back room area. Nice MVP service most likely beyond the standard definition

Senior citizen men do not require much cutting. Basically just a little shortening and trimming.
I believe you are not seeing very many seniors for $26 and a $3 discount for senior citizens that are 65 and over still a lot of money for us. I would suggest if you brought back the $15 for 60 and over I think you would see a lot more customers including me more often.

It’s very friendly and welcoming! Everyone greet me and asks how my day is while I’m coming in the door and asks me to check in. Rachel is my haircut person and she’s amazing, cool, and fun to talk too. She does my hair perfect every time!
