I like that there is typically always room to join classes. The gym is never overly crowded and the people who are part of the Y team at East Lake are just so nice! Very welcoming environment!

Love the YMCA! We are frequently visitors to the pool and our kids participate in the Y activities.
However… EVERY TIME we come to the outdoor pool, the lifeguards on duty are preoccupied by their cell phones, sneaking a peek every few seconds. I reported this last year and apparently nothing changed. It is mortifying that management would allow them to even have their phones with them in their chairs, since clearly they can’t help the distraction. Every year there are reports of children drowning in public pools. If the Y is not careful, they will certainly be next. Thank goodness my kids are strong swimmers.

The staff are so nice and always meet new people when my daughter takes classes. It’s a great community.

A variety of group exercise clasess are offered and other activities are available at the Y. The track, pool, and gym are excellent options as well.
Morris at your front desk is an excellent asset to your team. He gave me 100% Great Client Services, and I should train the other team members to follow in his footsteps!

Newer facility and nice rooms. Only complaint they need water aerobics classes!

Nice atmosphere. Classes have been great. Wellness coach is very nice and always available to answer my questions.
I like that there is something for everyone. And the leaders have all been great, especially Linda and Elfreda. And I like the coaching.

The best activity for me is the pool! unfortunately,
I'm not able to travel at this time so I gave the online 360 program a try must admit as a senior over 55 I'm enjoying their workouts, they have dance classes as well.
I recommend 360 for all age groups.
