There are several ways to get the results you want. With the hours of operation and the "Y" being open (7) days a week makes it easy for a person to choose the times and days best for them to work out.
Great classes. Modern equipment, great pool and ease of use. Not crowded. Good hours.
It is a very nice, clean facility. I have only attended pickleball but the gym is nice and it's well air conditioned.

My daughter was not able to swim before the beginning of the summer and she is on track to pass the swim test by the end.
We are new members so we have not been to much yet. The staff have been kind in greeting us and getting us set up with our bar codes. We like the pool dressing areas and the accessibility. I have one kid with sensory issues so just having a handheld shower for the pool dressing room is great!
The play center is amazing! Ms. Marilyn does an outstanding job. All staff are friendly. Shout out to Labron for always greeting me with a smile and friendly comment. Facilities are awesome. If I can make a suggestion, I wish there were one more squat rack and Sunday afternoon play center hours!
I like the variety of fitness classes offered, the Coach approach program and the friendly staff. I appreciate that the facility is clean and tidy.

Although I like the classes and the building in general, something really needs to be done about the sanitation at the East Lake Ymca. I also go over to the Decatur Y and it is VERY clean so maybe gets some tips from that branch. The studio room floors never seem to be clean and the locker room/pool areas are literally filthy.
The staff is helpful and there's lots of good programs they work to keep the pool steam and sauna working.
