Very welcome and clean environment, best showers and restrooms of any gym. I am talking about the East Lake YMCA.
Great staff and facilities. I keep wanting to try some classes but haven’t done so yet

Variety
The warm welcome and push by instructors and others and the variety along with the atmosphere, the cleanliness
I love the childcare center, swim lessons, indoor pool access, and equipment. I do wish more advanced exercise classes were offered.
Ample swim lanes. Pleasant front desk staff that showed me around when I was looking lost waiting for a swim lane to open up.
I love the pools! I swim laps regularly.
Variety of classes available. Sense of community.
The classes and coach meet ups I've had with Joy Fields have been so good for me.
Additionally the gym is kept so clean.
Everything is made accessible to every member and the building is extremely clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable which is important to me
The classes and instructors are excellent. It's very uplifting to see the beautiful diversity, family and children in a very positive environment.
I really love the pool. But the machine that lower disabled people never seems to be in good working condition. Please service soon.
Nice facility and fun classes.
I love all the options, working out at the East Lake Y keeps it interesting. I only have one negative experience.. I love a good Zumba class, but the music is way too loud. My Apple Watch tells me it is an unsafe decibel, and can cause tinnitus or hearing loss.
The out door pool is great. The kids love it!
Great programs for kids and seniors. Would love to see more classes/programs geared toward healthy 30-50 year olds. Also, new mother programs and postpartum fitness classes would be a great addition.
Pool was great and lifeguards were doing s great job keeping people safe
I’ve only been to East Lake once, but first impressions are great! I will be back.
Diversity of instructors, variety of classes, and personal fitness coaching options.
I love the fitness machines, pool, and the classes that are offered there. As an active older adult who works, volunteers, and attends school, it can be difficult to make time but worthwhile to attend the classes and activities that best fit my schedule.
I only need to walk.. so I can use the Y anytime one of my other two sources are not available or inconvenient.
