Great community resource, helping underprivileged, emphasis on both children and older adults. Could improve swimming lanes management, good that they have finally realized one deadlift station is not enough.

The one on one coaching. If you have a problem with health you can receive counseling. All kinds of equipment too..
I like that there are a wide variety of programs and activities offered at various times. It makes it easy to find activities to fit my schedule
I enjoy using the indoor track this Y has - I can walk in any weather now in a level safe environment. I also like the large classrooms that accommodate the chair yoga classes. The chair yoga class is great and the instructor is excellent. She makes everyone feel welcome and empowered to be able to participate no matter what limitations might be - by always providing alternatives. This is a very positive upbeat class.
I also like the senior AOA organization which provides fellowship and a sense of belonging at this Y that I didn’t have at the other YMCA I used before.
My Y membership has helped me to return to a consistent yoga practice.
I am exploring other classes as well. The instructors have been welcoming and helpful.

They are all great and it's somany to choose from
So far I’ve only had the opportunity to attend a couple of classes. The instructor was great. Everyone seems inviting and kind.
Love the pool and the classes I have taken except for one terrible class by an instructor named Joy. All other instructors and classes have been great!!
Front desk staff are friendly and helpful.
Programs include Pilates, yoga, basketball, pickleball and many others! Seniors, families and all ages are included. The Y is also inclusive which is very important to me.
