The coach for my daughter pushed her to her limits.. I liked that she was loud and firm so my daughter could learn something new.. I really enjoyed Mia’s lessons for the month of November! I am greeted both when I come in and when I leave. The staff are very helpful. The facility is clean. The instructors are well trained.
A few examples of why I love North Austin:
1. Love the pool for laps and Water Aerobic classes.
2. Tina’s Senior Strong classes are wonderful. 3. Jenny organizes field trips and get togethers for the active, older adults.
4. The front desk and management staff are always friendly and helpful.

I enjoy aqua cardio and taichi.
Spa and lap pool.
Like the indoor pool. If the weather is bad outside, I can still use indoor pool. Love the hot tub. It’s the icing on the cake. People at the front desk are cheerful, welcoming and helpful.

Suggestion: 1) The paper towels in the women locker room are emptied half of the time. Please refill. 2) Enforce the rules posted: e.g. Boys that are older than 5 years old should NOT be in the women restroom. It was very awkward to have an older boy peeked into the door crack while I was on the toilet. 3) Again, enforce the rules! Children/people who are not swimming lab or not in swimming classes should be in the non-lab pool so that lab swimmers can use the lab lanes.

I like the Senior group exercise classes. Also, there is a senior activity coordinator who organizes some social activities. I like the teachers.
Your staff is great . The pool is wonderful. I suggest the janitorial staff change the toilet seats in the women’s dressing room and more frequently and more thoroughly clean the counter and sink area.
I love Jenny Litten who teaches the morning aqua fit class. Jenny also does a great job with the Active Older Adults program.
The people at the front desk are friendly and competent, although I miss Linda.
