Big variety of different activities to choose from. Adult only programs as well as family friendly events. Very friendly staff especially Jalil Brewer who is a great personal trainer that is really invested in you and your goals.
Staff makes one feel welcome + programs
The new equipment, such as new squat racks, has really improved the gym. I just wish that some of the equipment, such as the plyometric boxes, weren't kept in the activity rooms- I always seem to be at the gym when those rooms are in use.

I love going here. The employees are very helpful, especially since there is an age gap for my kids (7 y/o and 13 y/o) and both usually go to the child watch together - they are inseparable.
I love the Aquafit class with Tina! Great music, wonderful friends, and exercise that doesn't hurt my knees!

i also love that you've hired Mick. She's so helpful to me and she really knows her stuff. I'm an older member of the Y and she always is glad to answer my questions and never causes me to feel different or not good enough. I've been a member for years and I hope she also stays for years!

I love Jenny Litten who teaches the morning aqua fit class. Jenny also does a great job with the Active Older Adults program.
The people at the front desk are friendly and competent, although I miss Linda.

The coach for my daughter pushed her to her limits.. I liked that she was loud and firm so my daughter could learn something new.. I really enjoyed Mia’s lessons for the month of November! And Most of all Mia improved from last month….a gain for sure… thank your YMCA for making this month a better experience!!
