I attend the Senior Aerobics classes held on M, W, and F. Tina, the instructor, is personable and knowledgeable and makes the class fun. The Tuesday and Thursday Hatha yoga class taught by Erin is excellent. It has helped me enormously since my accident in the dressing room.
The YMCA builds a sense of community, especially the classes for Seniors. The Senior potluck luncheons and brunches are great for getting to know and for interacting with other people.
I appreciate Kenny the director and Brittany and the other staff. They are friendly and welcoming. The current custodial staff keep the facility clean.
This was a great facility and very friendly and helpful staff. First time I have been there and I was pleasantly surprised.
I only participate in Senior Strong, but Tina is an excellent exercise leader and it's a good program.

I like group exercises , especially the aqua fit class. I wish the lap pool was warmer so I can attend the Saturday group. I like other social activities for seniors. If they had a large van and driver, we could make more social contacts.

I love the pool and the gym is very well equipped
It's clean and quiet. Although sometimes there are people in the area who wander in who shouldn't be there.
Great classes that work with my schedule. Staff are nice and I always feel welcome.
We loved doing swim lessons at the Y. The discount for members was also fantastic and made us want to continue lessons.
We only exercise. Haven't tried any of the programs or activities. But very pleased they are offered.
They are pretty low key, and the kids have fun.
