The welcoming feeling I get as soon as I walk in. Your staff is there to welcome us with a happy hello and a smile. The classes you offer are all excellent. Your teachers are excellent. They all do a great job teaching the classes. I love every class I attend. I have made friends in every class. The friendly atmosphere combined with your great program is what keeps me attending. My Yoga teacher Erin is the best yoga teacher I have had at any Y campus in town. She is sensitive to her students' needs and is very encouraging. I take all of her classes that I can. She is a real asset to our Yoga program at the Y in Austin.
The negative of the North Y: HVAC system was not working in Yoga room. We had to move to a different space.
The positive at the North Y: every staff member is welcoming. There is one custodian in particular who always makes it a point to welcome us into the building if he is around when we come in.
The Staff is always welcoming and they recognize me. The instructors are very thorough. I especially love my aqua aerobics instructor. Alena is so encouraging and she monitors those who need assistance. My granddaughter has been enrolled in quite a few programs, always a positive experience.

I think the front desk staff are very helpful and nice. I’m also really enjoying the senior fit strength class.

I like that you have a variety of activities. I usually use the weights and exercise equipment but have also taken classes now and then.
