Walked into my free trial week with 0 yoga experience and closed off the week with a new journey I want to continue. Every class I attended was challenging in its own way but very welcoming to beginners/people going at their own pace. With the focus of doing what makes one feel good, I definitely had a positive experience. I’m moving out of San Diego soon to a city that does not have CorePower but will be finding a yoga studio in the neighborhood to continue my practice. Thank you for the introduction and when I’m back in town I will be coming back!

The PB location has great instructors and is a wonderful space to practice.
LeAnn is the best...wonderful yogi, expert instruction. One caveat for all CorePower 2 classes, the heat in summer is way too much...and dangerous.

I am in love with this studio. I had tried yoga in the past but this is at another level. I love the variety of classes offered, there is always room in the class, the instructors are so kind, the studio is clean and overall great environment. I am a 55 year old woman getting back into shape and this has been amazing! The classes are challenging but that is what I want and I can work at my own pace. I love, love this place! They offer a free one week pass and I did 5 classes my first week I am hooked.

I wish that when there is a sub that the instructor is correct. It has happened many times that I sign up for a class with a sub that I know and then someone else comes. If I had known it would be someone I didn’t know I wouldn’t have signed up.
Love Core Power! Katie B’s Core restore is literally the most amazing class and should be experienced by everyone at least once

I love my North Park studio! all of the instructors are so helpful and engaging. There are so many class options, I can always find a class that works with my schedule. Love Heidi and Thai!
