I had an awesome experience taking a hot yoga C2 class with a group of instructors finishing their training. It was one of the better hot yoga classes I have been to and I would definitely come back and take any one of their classes again!

I enjoy the level of community this studio creates. I also believe the instructors are all amazing and have never had a bad class. The attention to detail and body alignment along with a great thought out sequence in every class is truley amazing. The studio is run by very good people and I never have had a question or concern not immediately addressed.
Great to be back at point loma
All of the teachers are excellent. They have just enough consistency among their classes that you're not lost and plenty of their individual contributions making each class, even with different teachers, enjoyable. Referring to the Core 2 yoga classes.

I like this studio because there are a lot of choices of class and staffs and instructors are friendly and nice. Some of classes were great and some were all right. But over all I am satisfied with this studio.

Damon leads an amazing class every single time. I really enjoy how he sets up the class with related opening postures leading to a peak posture(s). His messaging is clear, simple but inspiring and important. I always enjoy going to Damon's class!
This was my first ever sculpt class. Jess was amazing! She provided the perfect combination of a hard workout with great music and an upbeat attitude to encourage everyone to give it their all!
