Hello! I’ve been a CorePower member for over 10 years. I love love love HPF. However, the Point Loma studio is waaaaaaaay hotter than other studios. I usually never have to lay down at all because it gets too hot.
Great experience. I go minimum once a week. MC Shane is a great instructor not only during the practice but for the meditation part too.

CPY Little Italy has excellent teachers and is very welcoming studio.

The instructors at CorePower are wonderful - they are professional, positive and their love of yoga makes the classes so enjoyable. Del Mar studio is beautiful and the CPY App makes scheduling classes very easy. The overall experience at CPY is fantastic

First and foremost, I love the instructors. They are all incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging. I definitely get extra motivated to go to classes where the instructor resonates with me. I know I'm not alone in that because the parking lot is extra full before certain classes. That said, I have rarely, if ever, been disappointed by a class.
The facilities are very clean, and I love that there are toiletries provided. It's nice to be able to shower and get ready for the day without lugging around shampoo, soap, etc.
I believe the teacher was Joanne and she did an excellent job. I caught her class twice as I really enjoyed her flow, the balance of the class, and her teaching manner.
The staff are great and the managers offer a wonderful experience! it feels like a family and the studios are well maintained
