North park studio is by far my favorite studio. It is my healthy escape. Every instructor is so good in their own way and their own practice. I try to go every single day and if I miss a session I am always left feeling like the best part of my day did not take place!! Love corepower so much!!

La mesa is the BEST studio! Workout classes can be intimidating but at the La Mesa corepower all the instructors create a safe space and make sure everyone is seen and educated on whats going on.

Any and every class is never routine. I have become a better listener as the flow varies from class to class and teacher to teacher. CorePower keeps me physically and mentally healthy. I love everything about it! Wish everyone could be as privileged as I.
I really enjoy yoga sculpt and the corestrength classes. I will note that we are required to leave our shoes in the cubby by the front door but the carpet is often covered with leaves or other dirt that gets stuck on our feet and dragged into the studio.

The sculpt is very teacher-specific. When it’s a great teacher the class is great. The opposite then is also true. I like Krystine for that reason

The teacher, Maureen is inspiring. Her flows are fluid and you don’t even realize how much you are working so many parts of your body. Great flows and inspiration. I love her class!!
The studio is conveniently located, clean, well maintained. Anddrea and Tamara are two of my favorite instructors there. They are knowledgeable and skilled. They suggest options to meet the needs of a wide range of students.
