Sari was awesome from arrival to get checked in all the way until the end of the class. This was a hot yoga session and it certainly lived up to its name. The room was kept warm allowing the group to break a sweat.
Sari also emphasized to listen to our bodies and only go as far as we could with each pose. She was also kind in offering support if we needed to improve posture or experienced any difficulties. Definitely will be back!
I love the teachers .. the bathroom/locker room could use the bench that was taken out after the recent renovation.. we use the bench everyday for odds and ends because the bathroom is so small for that insanely busy studio! Bring back the bench .. you can afford it..
Interesting class with three instructors, who were all very good! It's a little too warm for me.

I really appreciate how friendly the staff at La Mesa is. They always greet me by name, which makes such a difference—it shows they genuinely care and take the time to remember you. It feels so welcoming to come to a place you enjoy and be recognized like that. It adds a personal touch that keeps me coming back!

the heater action in studio 2 all time, I dont think its run this good for HPF in years, plus my favorite La Mesa teacher Nikki is still able to offer the best end of the week class I could ask for, Thank you!
I like specific teachers, who are well-trained, and hopefully fairly paid.
The class was challenging and fun. However, the heat was too high.
This studio is always clean and I had the best experience with Marjan ( HPF ) teacher! She was great! I wish I can go that studio more often

I enjoy this studio! Awesome teachers who are friendly and supportive of where everyone is at in their yoga/fitness journey. The facilities are clean and plenty of lockers. I see them sanitizing the floors and equipment after class. The only downside is the studios are small and have columns in the middle which sometimes make it difficult to see the instructor.
I loved it! I just wish there were more locations.
