Jenny was great! Love that you all offer free community classes on Sundays
According to AI when I googled "What is a great yoga class?" I got this response:
"A "great yoga class" is subjective and depends on individual preferences, but generally, it's one that is well-structured, challenging yet accessible, and led by an engaging and knowledgeable instructor who provides modifications and encourages a supportive environment. Effective cueing, a balanced pace, and a focus on both physical and mental well-being are also key components of a positive yoga class experience. "
CorePower in PB is all that and more. I have been going there for years and classes are always challenging and I use my own adaptations to keep the flow challenging for me. Teachers always switch their flows up and it never gets routine. It is a great community of people who all wish to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
Everything! It’s the people, the music, the studio space, the energy! I love the merch you sell. I love that every class is unique so I never get bored. I am OBSESSED and I tell all my friends what a great workout and community it is.
Love the variety and frequency of classes. Easy to sign up. Teachers are amazing and I always get a fantastic workout and leave feeling energized. The classes have improved my fitness and health.
HPF. I would love if you had a 730pm HPF every night.
The CSX class I attended was great! Loved that the instructor listed the exercises planned on a whiteboard so I could choose my weights accordingly. Very friendly studio! Thank you!
The yoga instructors are very helpful and knowledgeable.
Great studio and staff! So thankful to be a part of this community. There's a good mixture of classes offered at times that work with my schedule. I enjoy spending time here and bringing buddies to practice with me.
Most instructors create a well rounded flow that sets a participant up for peak postures - the instructors also accommodate various levels of progressions ans regressions.
Fiori the instructor was great and took time for each person to learn and perfect the poses. She was very personable and provided a great experience.
The variety of classes and the quality of the instructors and facilities (studio, lockers, showers).
It’s a clean and organized studio, and the staff is fantastic!
Damon teaches the best HPF in San Diego
Adam's class is always amazing. 12/10.
I liked the teacher the and the workout routine that was designed for the class.
The instructors make you feel so comfortable. They each put their own style on their practice and are open to learning about things we want to improve on.
It was great, hard but much needed

Very challenging and fantastic class! Jordan is an incredible teacher and definitely will want to return to her class.
The staff
Great instructors with a variety of classes. Super clean studio and friendly staff.
I love this community!
Most of the staff is really friendly. I've only done classes with Jordan and Page but they are both exceptional. I am often inviting my friends to participate via their own class passes or a free buddy pass and they have all had really great things to say. This has become my new go-to studio. Cheers
Alan’s class is a space of solace for me. I am incredibly grateful to be able to attend his classes. His flow style, playlist, and preferred temperature are the perfect fit. The cold towels at the end are a definite plus. I LOVE ALAN.
Ronans classes are the best. He introduces mindfulness and self reflection in a very approachable way. His classes have made a big impact on my quality of life off the mat.
Pacific beach has amazing teachers and an amazing community!!
I absolutely loved the HPF around the globe class. It was the same as other HPF classes, but was called "Gratitude Around the Globe". The teacher used music from around the world and during the poses, she gave facts and info about the countries where the music came from. I loved it! Plus, it was 75 mins, instead of 60 mins, so some of the poses were held twice and she started with child's pose. It was a great flow!

great instructor - tone of voice, confidence, content, and you could still hear her over the music which is important.
One opportunity for improvement during busy classes is for the instructor to ask that everyone squeeze in a bit or to create an extra row if needed. In the absence of this, its very awkward for folks to have to interrupt folks already no their mats and can set up uncomfortable vibes for the start of class. If the instructor makes a request then it takes the unwanted burden away from the customers.
