It is a true place of regenerating spirit through ancient movements in unity and my favorite studio; it has this powerful energy in its own sanctuary where I'm reminded how that has a great way to rebalance myself. The staff is a positive wave of awesome yogi master Jedi very contagious feeling of vitality and optimism radiates! Remember to bring water and towel. I have yet to find a better mind, body, spirit connection! It's super great location .

Instructors have been wonderful. Provide cues and instruction at the appropriate level that allow for a wide range of levels of yoga experience. Very knowledgeable as well and add their unique, creative "flavor" of yoga to the class so it's not cookie cutter.
I honestly rate my CorePower Yoga experience - Little Italy, 11 out of 10. The classes strike the perfect balance between physical challenge and mental reset, and I always leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more energized. The instructors create such a supportive and motivating environment, and I love the variety of class formats that let me choose exactly what I need each day. CorePower has become more than just a workout for me—it’s a space where I can recharge and grow.
Johnny's Friday YS class was amazing! Room was clean and set was in there cleaning the mirrors--wonderful. My YS class on Tuesday had people setting up for class with sweat on the floor from the previous class :(. Instructors need more set help IMO. Tamara was handling so many things at once.

A hidden gem with excellent service and professional.
La Mesa is my favorite studio, it’s my home studio. I tried a couple of other CorePower locations and it made me appreciate this one even more. Even when classes are full there is still enough space and people respect your mat. The studio is always clean and fresh, it never feels musty. Most importantly, I love the teachers. There are so many different styles and personalities but they all stay true to the CorePower flow. I also appreciate that there are classes offered throughout the day so even with a busy schedule it’s always possible to fit one in.

I love the yoga sculpt class, the staff, the energy. I take this class when I am visiting from Toronto, Canada. I wish you had Core Power in Canada!

Lauren G is the best HPF teaching in San Diego County, full stop. The average person cannot handle HPF at the 'bikram' level so why should they attempt a HPF class that other veteran yogis can? There really should an be HPF 1.0 and 2.0. so the newbs can not negatively comment against teachers who tell them 'it is hot' before class as I do hear, then they complain.
I love having HPF’s at 8pm and sculpts available in the morning. I’d love to see some C2’s at 8pm if possible
