I really enjoy my CorePower Yoga experience. The classes offer a great variety, so I can choose whether I want something more strength-based or something that focuses on stretching and mindfulness. The instructors are always motivating and make the class both challenging and welcoming. I also love the heated rooms—it helps me get a deeper stretch and leaves me feeling refreshed. Beyond the workouts, there’s a real sense of community, and I always walk out feeling stronger, calmer, and more balanced.

I love corepower because of the connectedness, the genuine care from the instructors, the variety of classes and the clean facility and amenities. They always keep things interesting and engaging with challenges or specialty classes. My favorite part about CorePower is the emphasis on mindfulness and self care. I have been attending corepower since 2009 the level of the instructors on point! The friendliness and welcoming environment is amazing. I go in feeling stressed out and feel like i have left an hour massage. My husband goes now more than I do!! It’s my happy place and my sanctuary.

I have been going to this location for a few months now. Some of my personal favorite instructors are Olga, Jennifer, and Evelyn. I recently started taking classes with Evelyn. I really enjoy her classes! I honestly wish she taught more. She is always so sweet and encouraging. I really look forward to her classes and it helps keep me on track/motivated with my yoga/fitness journey. She is upbeat and funny which makes the class go by faster in my opinion. I also LOVE that she ends class with a quick eucalyptus/lavender spray and towel fan. She always allows people to opt out but this is such a nice touch in my opinion. Thank you Evelyn! You’re the best! :)
Colleen is my favorite corepower instructor in San Diego. Her class gives the best workout and she is so inspiring and positive. On Friday she gave us a positive intention and my friends and I all had hard days ahead and we talked about her manifestation of positivity and we all had amazing days. She is so awesome and I am so inspired by her and how tough her workouts are!
CorePower Poway is the most welcoming and loving yoga studio I have ever been a part of.
The morning crew is always smiling, and so incredibly kind. I love every single instructor I’ve ever had there. I feel lucky to have found this gem, even having to drive 30 mins to get here.
It is 100% worth it.
