The Little Itay Core Power studio is my favorite location to visit. The studio is very new and feels very welcoming when entering. As always the caliber of instruction is top notch at any Core Power. I plan to stop by here again soon.

Amazing! I have problems with my knee, and after my Core Restore class with Jordan Kolinas, my knee felt more stable, while the rest of my body felt so flexible and relaxed. Best hour ever!! I honestly could not believe it had been an hour, it went by so quickly. Can't wait to go back!
I am so impressed with all the instructors. I love how they encourage form and how to make adjustments to your poses that support your back and overall posture.

Complete body work out and let go of stuff that no longer serves me. The heat seems to purge toxins & we have mantras that have helped me
-Resilience, letting go, surrender, lean into change. Towards the end of each session I am more at peace. My flexibility, balance and core strength have all significantly increased. The instructors model the poses and flow yet they are kind. After every hour session I am clear minded and ready to tackle the day. Super efficient way to transform myself

I took a sculpt class on Sunday with Ariana R., and it was amazing! The pace, the movements, and the playlist were all spot-on. Plus, Ariana was super friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be signing up for another one of her classes! 🙏

Madison (Maddie) was awesome giving clear instruction, gently offering more while not requiring it. She made this newcomer feel comfortable and apart of from the moment class began. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone.

I give a 9 because you guys should ask the people that smell a lot to do sometghing about it, I mean is better to lose one person than 5 because sometimes the odor is too much for a hot class. Overall I like it so far, hopefully doesn't happen again! and please give Macy more Hot fusion classes afternoon
Sharing a workout with my daughters while I was visiting was a fabulous experience. I was warmly welcomed and felt like part of the community the moment I walked in. Also, Kelly’s workout was amazing.

I love the heated sessions, its not too hot, its just enough to really expand your practice. I love the variety of classes offered, I love the staff and how welcomed I feel every time I join. Doesn't matter if I haven't been on my mat for a year, I am always embraced and feel the joy of the practice.
Great C2 class Thursday 7:00. Only two of us. Felt so lucky. Great flow, options and music.
