I enjoy my classes at Corepower Rosedale. I’ve tried several of the offerings and like them all. The instructors are great!

I love the C1 Heated class! I wish there were more C1 classes in general, especially closer to my home studio and early afternoon on weekends, but I’m glad Roseville offers this mid day option!

Peaceful joyful atmo but mostly a great yoga teacher. Helpful. Clear. She demonstrated as we went, easy to follow along. Muscles joints felt fantastic when we were done.

Smaller studio, friendly, clean

Consistent, quality, good vibes- usually.

This class was not C2 level- it was very basic. The music was all over the place and the teacher kept changing it in the middle of flows. It was disjointed and distracting. I will not be attending one of her sessions again.

Instructor was great! Classes aren’t packed. Studio is clean and well kept!!

how welcoming everyone is

The studio is very clean and inviting. The variety of classes is very enticing, it’s fun to try them all. Sonya, the yoga instructor, creates a very comfortable and fun space to practice in.

It was a small class that catered to the participant needs.

*Please offer the discounts in store for yoga matts as well as online. It is stupid to subject the environment to more packaging, when I can get it at the location.*

I have loved my first month at CP. People could not be more welcoming.

Ever since I joined CPY I've been telling everyone who will listen how much I love it! All the instructors are wonderful, the classes are everything I've been looking for and more!

Natalie is an awesome instructor

Loved the staff and the class, but the dressing room situation (small, no place to set things while changing, doorway somewhat open to passersby, which causes there to be less space to change), and clueless customers who cover the one tiny bench with their mats (hello, they can stand them on the floor or leave them outside the dressing room…) are annoying.

Excellent space for practice, great team and very clean!!! Not over packed

I love the Rosedale studio and it is so convenient to my house! I am really disappointed to see that the schedule is dwindling and there are barely and sculpt classes on the schedule right now. I’m hoping this improves as I frequent the sculpt classes at Rosedale!

I have really liked how welcoming the front desk and instructors are! I am really out of shape and it was a big mental game to get myself back out there. I am so glad I found this studio!

I love everything about Rosedale Core Power Yoga. The instructors are friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable; the studio is clean never overcrowded; and, parking is easily accessible. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived!

I took my first class this past Saturday, Yoga Sculpt, and it was absolutely everything I hoped and was looking for! The instructor was wonderful and the overall studio atmosphere was really welcoming.

I love my Sunday morning Core Restore with Natalie! She is a positive and gentle teacher. It truly does leave me feeling restored and ready for the week ahead. I tell everyone I know who feels frazzled or rushed to go to Core Restore with Natalie on Sunday’s . She brings me peace every week!

Multiple locations in the Twin Cities are convenient. Although I have favorites, all the teachers are consistently good. My favorite class is C2. I like that it has a consistent format but each teacher designs their own series so you always have something familiar and also something unexpected. Keeps it interesting!

So happy you offer both C1 and C1 Heated, especially on the weekends! I wish my “home” studio did!
