Even though Roseville is closest to me, I only go there because I love Sonya’s classes on Wednesdays and Thursdays. She is a total vibe and a great instructor. She is really grounded in her practice and makes her class feel open and calm.

Loved my class with Deb, the room was nice and clean along with us feeling good about our class & practice from her diligence!

Great to attend my 50th session at Roseville Corepower. I didn't even know it was a milestone. Great class, was able to keep up even though I haven't been able to attend regularly lately due to work. No soreness the next day which was a relief.

I love that there are more and more sculpt classes on the schedule! Would love to see a few more HPF classes.

Lola is the best! I love the Roseville studio as well, but wish they had more than one shower like other studios.

I have REALLY been enjoying the Sunday community classes. The instructor is the best and the class is the perfect balance of challenge and enjoyment. Please continue with this and her as the instructor.

Rosedale is always chill. Instructors are great. Rooms are rarely ever overly crowded. I wish there was more parking though!
