The studio is always clean, parking is easy, finding a locker and space is the yoga room is no problem, and the teams is welcoming, helpful, and inclusive. Class with Natalie last week was smart, well-rounded, and just what I needed!
I enjoyed our instructor very much. She asked our name prior to the session and then called us out in the room multiple times with tips or just motivating comments. She was knowledgeable, fun, energetic and made the class go by very quickly! I can't wait to join her class again!

I love Abby and how positive she is. She leads a great class whether it’s c2 or sculpt. Rosedale studio is out of my way but I will drive there for her!! Ps. CPY does need to add many more Saturday sculpt classes later in the day

I absolutely love Corepower Yoga.
Many class options throughout the day and week. All of the teachers are well trained and offer an incredible yoga workout and experience. I feel it is the perfect balance of a good, hard workout while also offering time to relax and focus on self care. The instructors are challenging and supportive and make it clear they want to meet you where you are at.
I love the heat especially this time of year.
I like the studio and the level of training for the instructors. I like this studio that gives out keys for the lockers.
CPY Rosedale has an inspirational, supportive staff that care about their students and encourages them to be present and get what they need out of class. I’m always greeted with a welcoming smile and often a staff member who remembers my name.

CorePower Yoga has amazing teachers, they really are the best. Amanda at Rosedale and Highland kicks our butts in the most loving, challenging and fun way in Sculpt class, Becka at Grand Ave is incredibly talented, pushes us to try challenging poses and does so with a charming sense of humor. I could go on and on! Thank you, CPY for an incredible yoga practice experience!

Brittany taught a challenging, thoughtful, and inspirational sculpt class. It was much needed after indulging in holiday festivities with friends and family. Her cues were deliberate and intentional, and her energy was infectious! 10/10 recommend Brittany and the Rosedale CorePower studio to anyone looking for a killer workout and an overall great experience!

This studio was extremely clean and inviting. Natalie L’s sculpt class was the best I’ve ever taken. Her talents within the studio are like none other.
She took over the room after explaining how important and grateful she was to be teaching on Thanksgiving and expressing the importance of donating at the end of class.
Natalie deserves an 11 and so does the studio. Well done.
