Really enjoy Kari as the instructor. She makes her classes enjoyable, challenging and yet lets us know to make sure we are aware of how our bodies are feeling that day. And make our own adjustments as we see fit. I also like that she changes the class every very month to focus on strengthening different areas of our bodies. She is an awesome instructor and that is the main reason I go to the Roseville location.

Very clean studio! The instructors make an effort to know you by name, make you feel welcome and supported before, during, and after each class. The staff is amazing and they gear their class based on what everyone wants to focus on. They are considerate and work to actively make the yoga classes achieve our personal goals.
