Rosedale is always chill. Instructors are great. Rooms are rarely ever overly crowded. I wish there was more parking though!

Great instructors who make an effort to know you by name, and will customize classes based on what the group wants to focus on (arms, legs, core, etc.).
They offer a variety of classes at different times to work with anyone’s schedule and the bathrooms and studios are very clean.

I had a great C2 class at the Rosedale location. Michelle was an amazing instructor. She had great pacing and her instructions were clear.

I struggle with limited mobility in my shoulders and Michelle must have picked up on this, because she consistently offered modifications for shoulders, specifically.

I would definitely return. Loved it!
