It’s a clean comfortable atmosphere free of distractions. And for a college student, the free classes are amazing
I love the variety of class times, instructors and teaching styles. I did the 10 for $10 and I feel I’ve made progress both physically and mentally. Though the membership prices are very costly, I still plan to continue as I know it will be worth it.

Dean Montgomery is an awesome instructor. The facility is clean, quiet and dark. Just what I want when practicing yoga.
The staff is always so nice and the atmosphere at Salt Yoga is so calming and accepting!
The instructors here are all top-notch. I drive over an hour just to practice here. Everyone is very friendly and patient. There are also a variety of teaching styles which helps keep my practice interesting.

The music is important to me. I like the music in Whitney’s classes and Angels classes.
Rachel is exceptionally good at setting us up in a pose with great form. I discover subtle mistakes that I am making in poses when I take her classes. She is not critical. She just sets us up for success.
I love Chrises classes as well.
Michael is almost always happy and smiley which is wonderful. His classes are great too.
Whitney’s class Is my overall favorite. She seems to really want everyone to come out of there feeling cared for and encouraged. And her class is always challenging!
I avoid overly crowded classes.
If Salt ever gets totally packed all the time, I would probably look for a new studio.
If I had a choice I would like more room between the mats at Utica, Like 2 less mats per row. But of course it has to be profitable. I get it.
I hope you always offer yearly memberships at a discount.
