Most of the time I am very satisfied, but I don't think the quality of the work measures up to what it was in 2000 when I first started. It used to take 2 girls 1 1/2 hours to clean. Now I have the sunroom in addition, and it takes 1 girl 1 1/2 hours to clean. When I asked Stacey to please wet mop the bathroom, she looked at me as if I were crazy and said she could take the vacuum part off and get the corners just fine.

Merry Maids come when scheduled. (Very important when you are having a special event). The office works well with me when I occasionally have to reschedule a cleaning. The house looks nice when I walk in.

I love the sweet woman who comes regularly. I was very pleased to see her bring someone with her this time, since I had, in the past, gotten used to having 2 people per visit. Seems as though they can get more done in a similar amount of time. And for the money, I would like to see that continued.
