The extra cleaning in a room each time she comes. I don't need to spring clean.

I love that the house always smells fresh and clean when I come home (as opposed to harsh chemicals and sour smells). I love how the bed is always made with my daughters stuffed animals arranged on it. Everything Merry Maids says they are going to do they fulfill to the very detail. If I have a concern or question whenever I call Ginny, she is always delightful to talk to and I feel like she is family. It's not easy having a stranger come into your home but I trust this wonderful organization and everyone who is a part of it, and I feel truly blessed. I work full time and stay busy. I get excited knowing that when I come home everything will be clean and smell good. It is a very reasonable fee to have these lovely ladies come every two weeks and I realized that it has really helped my allergies, with less dust in the house and everything staying clean. It has also helped my stress level because I'm not anxious about when I'm going to have time to clean the house. I pick up/straighten/organize on a regular basis and my house stays "maintained", instead of getting overwhelmed and disorderly. I have recommended Merry Maids to many people. It is a wonderful organization and I love that the products they use are safe for the environment and don't streak my wood floors and feel/look clean. The stainless steel always shines brighter, the bathroom feels good to walk into and I know that I am being well taken care of. Thank you so much Merry Maids!! You are a blessing to me!

Do not like some of your products. Have chemical and not natural smell, i.e. orange scent used in vacuum. Floor scent. Stainless steel cleaner appears to be good.

I love the way my home smells after Felicia leaves! I especially like the vacuum smell. :) Stains that I have not been able to remove since we got our house seven years ago were gone after the FIRST time she cleaned! Amazing!

My house always looks so clean and organized after LeeAnn has been there. My home is down-to-the-bone clean and I am able to relax and only have to straighten up during the 2-week period between visits.

Felicia is very efficient and works hard to be sure everything is covered in a timely manor. She is always on time and I enjoy having her in my home. She seems to understand just what I need to be done and that is such a comfort. I don't have to worry when Felicia is here.

Our home has been immaculate since Janet, Jenny and Ming have been cleaning our home for us. My wife has had no complaints and she is very meticulous. I even recommended Merry Maids to my mother who now has Janet cleaning her home and my mother is also very meticulous about her home. Jenny in the office has always worked with us on scheduling. I even called once to have our house cleaned the very next day due to my wife coming home from the hospital. There are others whom I have spoken with in the office that are always professional and helpful. Please know the staff you have in Tallahassee is excellent and could show several other businesses just how customer service should be provided to each and every deserving client.

Callie Hill is wonderful she knows how I like things done and if she has questions she will ask no matter if large or small.

Even when Callie was Merry Maids sent some one else which was fine.

Leeann was so amazing. I was so blown away by how clean my house was. I have never come home and been disappointed, but when I came home after Leeann was there I was THRILLED. She did such an amazing job cleaning. She found items I thought I had lost. I honestly don’t even know how she did it. I could not be happier. I would say I was 110% satisfied but the engineer in me knows that is not possible. I would say I am 99.99% happy! (Again, I am never disappointed. I am always pleased, but this time I was thrilled).

LeAnn does a good . Does what we request. Checks with us often to be sure we are satisfied.

Staff is excited about their job and shows a genuine interest helping me out.

After a substitute cleaner dropped the ball, Merry Maids stepped in and more than fixed the situation by providing an exceptional cleaning service on short notice. We are very happy customers.

WELL THE SERVICE IS GOOD, LONG AS THE PERSON THAT CLEANS THE KITCHEN SINK DOES NOT USE COMMENT. WE HAVE A NEW SINK AND WE WERE TOLD NOT TO USE COMMENT ON IT. AND SOME TIMES WE HAVE TO TELL OUR CLEANING PERSON TO MOP OUR BATHROOMS AND KITCHEN, WE SHOULD HAVE TO TELL THAT PERSON WHAT TO DO.

If I have to cancel occasionally, I am not taking the income from one individual. I do not always get the best employee, but if I don't like something, I just call the office and they fix it. LeeAnne has been excellent! Overall, it's a very good service.

I like the quality of service, Ming is great everything is fresh and clean when we get home.

Kristen is always very professional, and on time. She takes great pride in her work, and always communicates with me the rooms that are on special attention, and asks if there is anything that I need her to do.

The people who cleaned my home were extremely though - my house has never looked so good. The young women I had met have been friendly to me and my dogs (very important!) The individual with whom I set up my service was extraordinarily gracious and professional.

I especially appreciate that the workers have benefits and the taxes are taken care of. This is certainly not always the case, and has been a concern of mine.
