I love this branch and the wonderful, bright and compassionate women working here. I know that cleaning someone else's home to THEIR standards isn't always easy but these women will do their absolute best to meet it. I've never considered hiring someone else to clean my home because I've always been taught to pick up after myself. However, now I know I can't live without it. This team works hard to please and if you're an understanding and considerate person, you'll fit right in to this family. Thanks again you guys for helping me out.

I can always be sure that my house is clean and the Merry Maid (LeAnn) is always on time and is always very pleasant.

I like the rooms that get "spring cleaning" each visit.

I was so impressed with the girls that came this week. They not only clean well, they also have a sweet demeanor about them.

Very thorough, prompt, and polite. The products did not have a heavy "cleaner" smell.

When Sarah comes, She always does exactly what I was promised from the beginning. She is completely professional and takes pride in her work. She is cheerful and always asks if there is anything special that I would like to have done with each visit. She moves everything so that she can completely clean the counters, buffets, etc. Leaving a personal note at the end of each visit is a wonderful touch!

I love that I walk into a clean and organized space - it looks clean and even smells clean. I would compare it to a spa treatment.
The reliability of the service, within the bounds of taking care of the workers. (For example, cancelling appointments if there is danger from weather - I love my post-Merry Maids home, but not at the cost of injury!)

The employees are trained well and it shows in their actions - a clean home. The use of M M products cleans all surfaces well and smells great!

You send professional cleaners. If I am not happy with something, you listen. With a company, i don't feel as guilty if I have to change a day or cancel due to travel, etc. Nice service.

My cleaning lady is Janet..she does a fabulous job for me..I have asthma, so she is careful to clean with products (like vinegar) that do not cause breathing problems for me..My house also smells good when she is through because she uses something in the vacuum that smells like oranges..I am very satisfied with the way Janet cleans my home.
