The maids are very friendly, thorough, and stay until the job is finished. This is something that I've had trouble with when using other cleaning services. Often the other cleaning services will rush to get out the door and onto the next project, doing a poor job in the process.

Also, Merry Maids management seems to actually care about their employees and compensate them fairly for their hard work, which is very important to me.

Very Good Service, Janet is one of the nicest people I have met, and her cleaning job is excellent, and her personally. My husband and son are very pleased, and they never comment, but they love Janet.

The service is consistent and the products are fine. I really have no opinion on the second part as I provide my own stainless steel cleaner and granite cleaner.

I like how you call and remind that you are coming. Also, the concentration on certain rooms. I have not been receiving the printouts that were left a few months back with an overview of what was done. I did always appreciate those.

Very reliable...and we like Celia very much....and we like the work she does. Many others are good but she is by far the best...and we have been Blessed by having here lately quite a bit. In the early days we were unhappy but new management or attitudes have prevailed in the last year. Very HAPPY.

I was disapointed to learn that Nerry Maids no longer provide the area of concentration and next visit form. The area of concentration was helpful in it rotated each visit giving a deep clean to that area.

Reliable and provide your own cleaning supplies

Hope did an excellent job cleaning my house. Everything looked shiny and new, including the hardwood floors. Even the windows in the French doors to the deck sparkled! She took great care of my home and I squealed with delight when I came home and saw how lovely everything looked. Don't know what products you use, but they certainly clean better than mine!

Through job each time, floor is great even with my dogs and cat!

I love that you stand behind your promise and clean everything in the house, paying special attention to different rooms each week so everything stays looking great, and if anything is missed or not cleaned well, you'll come back out the next day and fix it. Spring cleaning

The house feels and smells clean everytime.

I was trully impressed by Hope when she was here today. I use a wheelchair and she made sure she put things were i coud get them either in the same place or a better place. Hope ask if this was ok and put things where I needed them not where she thought they should be.
