I like the quality of the employees for the most part. Sometimes a substitute is sub par but that is usually corrected quickly. I do notice that they sometimes leave supplies behind...Last week I noticed a container sitting on my antique desk...with nothing under it...and I moved it to the bathroom for them to get next week. This was a substitute person.
The ones that I have had a long terrm basis are extraordinary and I do not worry about leaving the house without supervising them.
Management TRIES to accommodate our requests and give us the people we are most comfortable with, as far a possible.

Although I am looking for someone to do a "Deep Cleaning" of my home, I feel Merry Maid is an excellent house cleaning service that I would use every month. There are places in my home that require more attention than other places.

As for products used by your company, It gets the work done. I was pleased with the product used to dust my furniture and clean my wooden floors.

Ms. Caroline did a very good job on my home. She advised me that she had done a "Deep Cleaning" on the master bathroom and when I went to see it, it looked much better than before.
