They do good work and are usually thorough. They need to pay attention to cobwebs & use cleanser on the kitchen sink.

The overall cleaning was excellent. Every surface was cleaned well. Only the caulking around the shower-tub enclosure needed a little more work.

I would like my tile floors hand scrubbed When you run a mop over them it doesn't clean
the grout---There are hand held mops that clean the grout too---I don't know if they are
efficient---Let me know what we can do to accomplish this---

This was my first time using Merry Maids and I couldn't have been happier with the service, from scheduling to saying "goodbye". Nancy, who scheduled my service, was polite, efficient, accommodating, and more. She was able to schedule a team around the time I needed. I called on Saturday to confirm and a very lovely woman answered the phone who check the 'books' and was able to tell me the team would be to my place @ 2:00. Leticia and her partner arrived at 1:55 and couldn't have been nicer. Although empty because of a move, there was quite a bit to clean, and Leticia and her partner didn't blink an eye. They rolled up their sleeves and got to working immediately. I had to leave, but I believe they were done within 3 hours, and the price was right. I have used another service in the past and was charged $185 per hour. Again, this was the best experience I have had using a cleaning service. Thank you!!
