Fast & Efficient always!!!!!! Sometimes I get upset hours after they left and I find that an area was dusted, but not the items ON the area. That is my biggest complaint and it doesn't happen often.

I also pay you to clean my son's condo. I have the same dusting concern, but in addition there are whole pieces of furniture that are not dusted. Since I only see the after results, I feel bad complaining because I'm not there to request that certain things be done. I'm not thrilled with his bath cleaning either. But overall, I'm happy that his kitchen and rugs are clean and we can work from there in the future.

I love coming home to clean house that I didnt have to clean! Lol

I don't know how they get my shower/tub so clean! I'd hire them back just for that! Though the rest of the house does look wonderful!

Pretty much everything! I have used you 3 times this year and the results have always been wonderful. The only downside is that all 3 times there has not been anyone on the cleaning team that had a reliable understanding or speaking capabilities of English and a couple of things got "lost in translation". Minor, but sort of frustrating.

Clearest TV pictures we’ve ever had with our ‘home theater system’. HOWEVER, my home security system went down with NO RETURN after a 4 hr power outage. I ask if it won’t reboot on its own then what good is this Xfinity HOME SECURITY system????? Our neighbor showed us on a picture of his driveway and you’d never know.

The maids do a thorough and professional cleaning job, leaving out nothing. All surfaces are spotless. Scheduling is also accommodating. The ladies are very sweet and friendly to my elderly mother.
